Really good Lounge Experience

During my stay, I had access to the concierge lounge, where Alva made my evenings nice with freshly baked cookies and a good array of hot food, vegetables, fruits, drinks, and snacks. The breakfast offered a great selection, with both hot and cold items. It was the perfect way to start my day!

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I enjoyed a lovely, clean room that was very well appointed. The comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I appreciated the eco-friendly full-sized, refillable bottles of shampoos and lotions, which added a nice touch to my stay.

Comfortable Entertainment Space

I found the room's layout pleasant, but the available TV was a bit small for today's standards. Nevertheless, I didn't mind much since I was mainly there for relaxation, enjoying the tranquility and comfort of my space instead of watching TV.

Clean and Inviting Pool Area

I took a refreshing dip in the large indoor pool, which was clean and inviting. Its extended hours from 6 AM to 10 PM made it easy to find time to swim. It was a pleasure to see families making use of the space, and I felt it added to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel before a graduation event. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Kawan at the front desk, who went out of her way to get us in a room earlier than expected. The location is super convenient for anyone flying out of BWI, plus there’s a great gym and pool. However, the rooms could use some maintenance, as we encountered a few issues that were a bit disappointing.
